Building Trust

Trust comes one client at a time. Alerra Healthcare begins with an in-depth hiring process for all of its caregivers and employees including full background checks; thorough, multiple personal interviews; licensure verification (if necessary) and English language proficiency testing.

Sustaining Trust

Alerra carefully matches each caregiver with each client, assuring better matches from inception. Further, each caregiver is monitored regularly by a senior supervisor and/or a http://www.bbb.org/, either a Registered Nurse or Medical Doctor.

Caregivers can expect an inspection of their client’s premises at any time and senior supervisors rotate these randomly to insure superior service.

Auditing Trust

In addition to Alerra’s employee screenings, in house inspections and random client surveys, we meet or exceed all local, state and national regulations and voluntarily subscribe to consumer-based agencies (such as the Better Business Bureau and the National Aging In Place Council). In short, we answer to a higher authority!

Ensuring Compassion

The single most important quality Alerra considers is compassion… for the patient, their families and other caregivers. The company was founded on this principal. Kindness, patience, communications and understanding, ground us and keep us focused on the patient and his/her needs.

Most, if not all, of our senior administrators have a personal experience in caring for a sick, disabled or incapacitated family member.

Because our services and our growth depend on strong word-of-mouth and referrals, your complete and total satisfaction is our primary goal.
